• Trailer rental

Remove and replace electrical fixtures including:

• outlets,
• switches
• light fixtures
• door bells
• smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
• Security lights
• ceiling fans.

Cosmetics

• Drywall repair and minor painting
• Exterior pressure washing

Miscellaneous

• T.V. Wall mounting
• Curtain/blind installation
• Picture and shelf hanging
• Mailbox re-level or replacement
• Screen repair.
• Interior and exterior door repairs

Pricing

Minimum fee of $125 + $75 per hour for a collection of small tasks.



Larger projects will require a review and an estimate will be provided

Areas outside of Marion County will incur a fuel surcharge (Minimum of $25)
